Hawaiian Leis

A friend from work had given me this book to make Hawaiian Leis (crocheted). I really haven't looked at it until now. My brother-in-law and his girlfriend are coming to visit us here in the islands, and I though what a perfect time. The patterns are really simple and easy. I made one called Pikake for my brother-in-law and on called Hibiscus for the girlfriend. They are pretty cool. I will post pictures later!!!

What I have been doing~

OK so......I've been so busy with many things lately: a wedding shower, a wedding, a baby shower, work and graduate school. However, most of those things have ended or are ending and now I am ready to make the commitment to my crafting. I learned to knit recently! It's exciting yet intimidating. Usually, knitter and crocheters have a weird rift, but I think the crafts are similar yet different. They can be combined and loved by all. I am still working on the basket weave pattern and getting one of the patterns up from the wedding clutch. I am!
